David S. Paz, RA.
President
Chief Developer, Architect and Designer
As Founder and President of Omnia Properties , David has worked on multiple development projects in Manhattan, and his unique architectural training has proven vital to leading his successful acquisitions and realizing significant capital gain.
David is responsible for all operational aspects of Omnia. His responsibilities include: managing the acquisition, due diligence, development, architectural planning, design, construction and disposition processes.
David holds a M.Arch II from Yale School of Architecture, and a B.Arch from Pratt Institute.
Miya Nadri
Chief Finance Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Omnia Properties , Miya is responsible for building business processes, operations cost management, financial operations, technology and HR assessment.
Miya has a successful career with broad-based expertise in operations finance and business development. Her past positions include BD Director and CEO of AlphaCSP and Managing Director of Link Technology ViT.
Miya holds a Ba. in Science from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Hernan J. Galvis, RA.
Chief Operations Officer, Developer & Asset Manager
Hernan joined Omnia Properties in 2018 to oversee the construction and completion of ongoing Developments including UNTITLED at 3 Freeman Alley. As a trained Architect turned Real Estate Developer since 2008 with properties completed and managed in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Hernan brings along vast hands on experience to successfully start, finish projects and profitably operate assets in New York City.
Hernan is responsible for all project and building operations including managing the design and signoff process, oversee architectural planning, design implementation and disposition or Operation.
Hernan holds a B.Arch from Pratt Institute and a Master Certificate in Real Estate from NYU.
Karen Primaylon
Property Manager
As Property Manager, Karen oversees our property rentals, advertisement, rent negotiations, collections, maintenance issues and enforcement of leases and precautionary policies.
In addition, Karan handle financial forecasts initiatives and corrective actions. Karen is a well-seasoned Airbnb Superhost since 2018
Karen holds a Ba.in Business and Psychology from SUNY Stonybrook
David Morrison
Senior Project Manager
David brings along more than 30 years of managing complex construction projects to bear on our developments. David has managed the construction of more than two dozen ground up buildings, including the Hotel on Rivington and UNTITLED at 3 Freeman Alley among others.
As many od David’s projects over the years have been constructed using advanced Passive House engineering methods to make them extremely energy efficient. David’s vast experience in all aspects of construction enables our team to plan construction implementation in a very efficient and cost-effective manner.
David holds a Ba.in Business and Psychology from SUNY Stonybrook
